  • By registering to our website and/or purchasing our any of the package/membership, it is considered that you have read, understand and accepted all our terms and conditions including General Terms and Conditions and other special Terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions (if any) along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
  • By registering to our website and/or purchasing our any of the package/membership, it is also considered that you are consented, agreed and accepting, current as well as future changes and updates in our any kind of Terms and conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, timely, which will be updated or changed after prior notice to you or without prior notice to you.

 

General Terms and Conditions

(Applicable to all members and packages and offers and discounts etc.)

  1. Users must be login/register and purchase appropriate package i.e. free, Starter and/or Platinum etc. as the case may be, for getting our membership, services, offers, discounts etc.
  2. Owner/Seller or their agent or other person (as the case may be) upload unlimited properties for free and for unlimited period.
  3. Users are required to update their nominee details in about me section of the my profile tab on website.
  4. Owner/Seller or their agent or other person (as the case may be) must purchase at least ₹.299/- for getting  detail of inquiries or details of interested tenant/buyers or their agent or other person (as the case may be).
  5. Tenant/buyers or their agent or other person (as the case may be) must purchase at least ₹.299/- for getting details of properties and its owner/Seller or their agent or other person (as the case may be).
  6. User’s i.e. Owner/Seller and/or Tenant/buyer required membership/package must be in active state and should not be expired at the time of availing/applying any offer/discount and must comply with other required conditions as mentioned.
  7. User i.e. Owner/Seller and/or Tenant/buyer and/or agents and/or any person, who complied with the all terms and conditions of the zaltehs.in but not became a member of zaltehs.in by purchasing a appropriate package/membership for availing offer, discount and/or service of zaltehs.in, will not be eligible for the same.
  8. User i.e. Owner/Seller and/or Tenant/buyer and/or agents and/or any person, who became a member of zaltehs.in by purchasing a appropriate package/membership for availing offer, discount and/or service of zaltehs.in but not complied with one or more condition(s) of zaltehs.in, will not be eligible for the same.
  9. Multiple Buyers and/or Multiple Sellers are considered as single buyer and/or single seller and only one registered member/user can avail any kind of eligible offer, discount and refund (if any) etc.
  10. Any updates regarding financial transaction and/or booking property etc. will be updated on website or through registered email of concern party/es (as the case may be) within 24 hours.
  11. Once amount paid for any reason i.e. for subscribing package(s)/membership and/or availing any offers etc. are non-refundable for any reason at any stage and subscription/package(s)/membership/offers are only valid up to the validity of the package/membership subscribed by user and/or till the validity of offer and/or rent agreement and/or rent tenure (as the case may be).
  12. Information provided by the parties / customers i.e. owner, tenant, seller, buyer and/or any person on their behalf must be genuine and true.
  13. Found wrong/false/misleading information about himself/herself, contact details and/or property(s) and/or any other information, zaltehs.in is not responsible or held liable for the same and said user liable to remove from membership, also liable for removeable of details provided by him/her from the website along with his/her property(s) (if any) and/or any other details without prior notice to user and not liable for refund of any amount paid and/or kept by him to/with zalths.in for subscribing package(s)/membership and/or availing any offers, fixed deposits etc.
  14. Company has rights to physical verification of details of owner/ tenant/agent /seller/buyer and/or any other users provided by them and/or accrued by any other manner.
  15. User must support and help the physical verification by zaltehs.in, by providing us required and demanded information, original documents, inspecting property etc. and by any other required manner, as necessary to do so.
  16. Owner/Seller, who is selling a property, whose market value or agreement value is less than or equal to ₹.1 Crore and want to avail the offers, require to pay 2% commission on market value or agreement value (which ever is higher) to zaltehs.in on or before the date of registration of agreement/deed, except buyer who is dealing through the agent and/or dose not want to avail the offer.
  17. Owner/Seller, who is selling a property, whose market value or agreement value is more than ₹.1 Crore and want to avail the offers, require to pay 1% commission on market value or agreement value (which ever is higher) to zaltehs.in on or before the date of registration of agreement/deed, except buyer who is dealing through the agent and/or dose not want to avail the offer.
  18. Buyer, who is purchasing a property uploaded and/or deal by the agent and whose market value or agreement value is less than or equal to ₹.1 Crore and want to avail the offers, require to pay 2% commission on market value or agreement value (which ever is higher) to zaltehs.in on or before the date of registration of agreement/deed, except buyer who is dealing through the agent and/or dose not want to avail the offer.
  19. Buyer, who is purchasing a property uploaded and/or deal by the agent  and whose market value or agreement value is more than ₹.1 Crore and want to avail the offers, require to pay 1% commission on market value or agreement value (which ever is higher) to zaltehs.in on or before the date of registration of agreement/deed, except buyer who is dealing through the agent and dose not want to avail the offer.
  20. In rent cases, Owner of the room required to pay 1 month rent amount to zaltehs.in in addition to eligible membership/package amount, if want to avail the offers.
  21. In rent case, if Owner is the agent, then Tenant required to pay 1 month rent amount to zaltehs.in in addition to eligible membership/package amount, if want to avail the offers.
  22. In case of flexible monthly rent, highest monthly rent in the said period need to pay by concerned party.
  23. In sell/purchase or/and rent agreement, if both parties are agent/dealing through agent then they do not need to pay anything to zaltehs.in except the required membership/package amount and no offers are available/applicable for them.
  24. In case of heavy deposit, if owner and/or tenant wants to avail the offers, owner with written consent of himself and tenant, have to keep part of security deposit amount received by him from tenant, with zaltehs.in, in addition to the payment of membership/package amount paid by them. Security deposit amount should be equivalent to the amount calculated by following conditions :
    1. ₹.1000/- per 10 Sq. Ft. in case of residential properties/purpose
    2. ₹.1500/- per 10 Sq. Ft. in case of commercial properties/purpose
  25. Failure to payment of membership/packages and/or charges of our any payable service availed by you and/or commission (if any) to the zaltehs.in may result in additional fees or legal action.
  26. 21% per year interest will be charge from the user/member for any kind of due towards us beyond the given period of time (as per terms and conditions) till full and final settlement payment received by zaltehs.in.
  27. After deducting service charges availed by Tenant and/or Owner (if any, like EMI Facility and/or any due amount towards Zalte Home Services), remaining Fixed Deposit amount will be paid along with extra amount (if applicable), to owner only.
  28. For availing any kind of services, Features and/or offers, Rent/sale Agreement/Deed must be registered and police verification (in case of rent agreement) must be done prior to applying for any offers, features and/or services but after purchasing appropriate package/membership, except if specifically mentioned in dedicated offer’s Terms and Conditions.
  29. In case, parties does not want to register their agreement but merely just required notarized the same, register notary is compulsory and should be and strictly done only through the Public Notary appointed by the zaltehs.in
  30. To avail any rental offer minimum 11 months rent agreement/Rent Tenure is required, except if specifically mentioned in dedicated offer’s Terms and Conditions.
  31. In case of residential property/purpose, to avail any rental offer minimum  monthly rent amount must be ₹.100/- per 10 sq. ft.
  32. In case of commercial property/purpose, to avail any rental offer minimum monthly rent amount must be ₹.150/- per 10 sq. ft.
  33. In case of residential property/purpose, to avail any rental offer, minimum fixed deposit amount must be equal to or more than 6 months’ monthly rent amount or minimum INR.1000/- per 10 sq. ft., which ever is lesser.
  34. In case of commercial property/purpose, to avail any rental offer, minimum fixed deposit amount must be equal to o more than 9 months’ monthly rent amount or minimum INR.1500/- per 10 sq. ft., which ever is lesser.
  35. If any party come through agent but purchased our any plan except free plan, in such case, no offer is available to said agent.
  36. In case of purchase/sale and to avail our offers, Parties who are purchased our any plan except free plan, need to pay commission to us, based on market or agreement or deed value which ever is higher.
  37. No Fixed deposit amount or extra amount refunded or paid to Tenant, under any circumstances, except specifically mentioned under Terms and Conditions of zaltehs.in.
  38. For more details about refund procedure, please read our Refund Police.
  39. Company is not responsible for any kind of loss to the Tenant and/or Owner and/or Seller and/or Buyer and/or his/her property and/or any other person and property(ies) due to act of Tenant and/or Owner and/or Seller and/or Buyer and/or other person or due to any reason and by anyone.
  40. Both Tenant and/or Owner and/or their legal heirs and/or any other person(s) cannot demand for interest on fixed deposit amount kept with us for any reason and in any case i.e. cash back etc. given to him (if applicable) or not (as per zaltehs.in’s Terms and Conditions)
  41. No interest (directly and/or indirectly) will be given to the customers on Fixed deposit amount kept by them with us.
  42. We can make any changes to any data, terms and conditions, packages, properties, privacy policy, refund policy, offers and  discounts etc. and their eligibility, amount and durations etc. without prior notice to the all type of users, parties and members of zaltehs.in and same be binding upon all of them.
  43. In case of discontinuation of Rent/Sale agreement and/or membership/package, one month prior notice is required to be given by concern party i.e. owner, tenant, buyer and seller as the case may be, to the opposite party as well as to the zaltehs.in (on contact@zaltehs.in) in written format only.
  44. In case of no prior notice served by any party as stated above to the zaltehs.in, no refund of fixed deposit or any amount lying with the zaltehs.in, if any, will be given to owner or any other party or person.
  45. In case of no prior notice served by any party except zaltehs.in upon opposite party including zaltehs.in, said opposite party can take action against defaulter party but not against zaltehs.in.
  46. Owner required to recover any kind of loss/dues (if any) from Tenant itself, he must do it by himself/herself and zaltehs.in is not responsible for the same.
  47. Tenant required to recover any kind of loss/dues (if any) from Owner itself, he must do it by himself/herself and zaltehs.in is not responsible for the same. 
  48. In case of defaulter/bogus/fraud party/member, will be discontinued as party/member, offers and services availed by him and also get removed his details, property details and any other information from zaltehs.in, at any time, he is declared by zaltehs.in as defaulter/bogus/fraud party/member of zaltehs.in and he will not be able to be party/member of zaltehs.in or cannot avail any kind of services thereafter.
  49. He / She also not liable for any refund (if any).
  50. If Tenant declared as defaulter for payment of EMI, Rent and/or involved in illegal activities, annoyance, breach the condition of rent agreement, found habitual background for the same, he will be declared as a Bogus Tenant. In such case, zaltehs.in suspend his / her membership and return fixed deposit lying with zaltehs.in (if any) to the owner after deducting any dues of tenant and/or owner towards zaltehs.in.
  51. If owner declared as defaulter for payment of dues towards tenant/zaltehs.in and/or involved in illegal activities, annoyance, breach the condition of rent agreement, found habitual background for the same, he will be declared as a Bogus owner. In such case, zaltehs.in suspend his membership and return fixed deposit lying with zaltehs.in (if any) to the tenant after deducting any dues of tenant and/or owner towards zaltehs.in.
  52. In case of buyer and/or seller declared as defaulter for any reason, zaltehs.in can cease their membership and will not be responsible for any refund and can terminate all kind of services, offers and discounts, remove their properties, cancelled any kind of deals and contracts immediately.
  53. In such a case, buyer and/or seller is responsible to refund the amount/expenses he gain from the zaltehs.in inform of services, offers and discounts.
  54. zaltehs.in has a right to change any Offers, Terms and Conditions, Package amount, Package validity and any other concern permissions etc. at any time and without prior intimation to any member or any other person.
  55. Decision of zaltehs.in is treated as final decision regarding providing offers, discounts, services and its benefits and amounts or considering the eligibility of members for any offer and any other concern and no one even not any member, staff or any other person can oppose or challenge the same for any concern.
  56. Be ware while dealing with the properties posted by the agent and/or dealing with and/or through agent, as zaltehs.in is not responsible for any kind of fraud and mischief has been done by any person in such deals and parties are solely responsible for such kind of unwanted situation and loss (if any).
  57. No one can make a party and/or file a judicial or non-judicial complaint and/or take any action against zaltehs.in, in any conditions and situations.
  58. Being member of our zaltehs.in, you are agreed to accept our all terms and conditions, rules, policies and laws etc. and permitted zaltehs.in to publish your data and your properties data on our website without any condition, free of cost and for unlimited time period and numbers along with the permission to reuse it for publicity and for any other reason.
  59. Zalte Home Services / zalths.in is not responsible for any act of god and/or its effects as well as any others’ any act and its effects.
  60. Zalte Home Services / zaltehs.in is also not responsible for any losses or damages to any one. due to change in Government Policies, Taxes, Rules, Regulations and Laws.


Special Terms and Conditions required for specific offer

(applicable additionally/along with to General Terms and Conditions )

Extra Earning Offer (Read with General Terms and Conditions)

  1. User must purchase a platinum package/membership
  2. In a case where either party is platinum member and another is not, then, only Platinum Member will get extra income and not other one.
  3. In case of already/Existing registered agreement, it should not be older than 3 months at the time of purchasing appropriate package/membership.
  4. In case of New Agreement, it should be registered with new Tenure, after purchasing appropriate package/membership.
  5. Monthly Rent amount for each month must be equal and fixed from the beginning of the Rent Agreement till the completion of the agreement; or
  6. If monthly rent amount is flexible, in such a case, zaltehs.in will pay the additional amount as per the rules, calculated on the lowest amount of monthly rent in said rent agreement/duration.
  7. Written consent of the owner and tenant for keeping fixed deposit with us is required.
  8. User i.e. owner/tenant, who have not given consent for keeping fixed deposit with us, will not get benefit of this offer, even though he is member of appropriate package.
  9. Owner must keep fixed deposit with us from begging of the rent agreement.
  10. In case of already registered agreement, Owner must keep fixed deposit with us from the date of purchasing  our membership package.
  11. Agreement Tenure should be completed and Ended in time limit.
  12. In the event, when Rent Agreement, ‘continued after’ or ‘discontinued prior’, Agreement/Rent Tenure, due to any reason and by any party of the agreement, no extra amount will be paid to owner and tenant, but owner will be paid only fixed deposit amount without interest which he kept with us at the time of registration of Rent agreement.
  13. Fixed deposit amount will be paid to owner only, at the time of closure of Rent agreement.
  14. In case both or either party(ies) is/are dealing through agent and wants to avail the offer, then concern original party(ies) must purchase our Platinum package/membership and complete the other conditions.
  15. Party(ies) dealing through agent and who has not became member or purchased appropriate package/membership of zaltehs.in and/or not complied with the above conditions, is/are not eligible for this offer.


Buy for Earn

  1. User must purchase a Platinum Package / Membership.
  2. He / She must send scanned or legible photographs of registered agreement of each and every page i.e. purchase/sales deed/agreement to us by email at contact@zaltehs.in and/or Whats App us on +91 99676 22773
  3. Verification and/or confirmation of said sale/purchase transaction must be done by seller also.
  4. Bonus amount will be paid to buyer only after receipt of payment of commission by the seller.
  5. Any fraud happen/done during the transaction of purchase and/or sale by any party by any means and at any time, zaltehs.in is not responsible.
  6. No party can take action against zaltehs.in in any unwanted events or for any unwanted practice done by any party.
  7. In case, Buyer is dealing through agent and who want to avail the offer, need to purchase appropriate package/membership of zaltehs.in and must comply with the other conditions.
  8. Party(ies) dealing through agent and who has not became member or purchased appropriate package/membership of zaltehs.in and/or not complied with the above and other conditions, is/are not eligible for this offer.

No Cost EMI

  1. User must purchase a platinum package/membership
  2. Owner and Tenant must be engaged in new Rent agreement with new Rent Tenure after subscribing required and appropriate package/membership by concern party.
  3. Written consent of the owner and tenant for keeping fixed deposit with us is required.
  4. Owner must keep fixed deposit with us from begging of the rent agreement.
  5. We provide you loan without interest for payment of shifting charges 90% up to INR.9,000/- only. Any shifting charges amount above it (if any), need to pay by tenant.
  6. Said loan without interest for payment of shifting charges must not be more than 80% amount of fixed deposit kept by Owner with zaltehs.in.
  7. Other than package amount/ membership charges, no other hidden or extra charges will be charged from Tenant for availing No Cost EMI facility.
  8. Fixed deposit amount (without interest amount) will be returned to the owner after deducting due EMI amount, any other dues and/or losses from owner and/or tenant to the zaltehs.in.
  9. Maximum 9 EMI are allowed per rent agreement.
  10. After 9th EMI, 21% per annum interest will be charged for every month and part thereof (will be treated as whole month).
  11. If loan taken after 20th day of any month, then first EMI can be paid till 15th day of next month of the said month.
  12. Other EMI’s must be paid on 10th day of every month, thereafter, till the full and final settlement.
  13. Tenant need to intimate zaltehs.in, the total/gross amount of shifting service, prior to availing offer.
  14. In case where, tenant is not member of zaltehs.in or is member of zaltehs.in, but not eligible for availing No Cost EMI facility or who don’t want ‘no cost EMI’ facility and/but need shifting service from zaltehs.in, then tenant needs to pay Rs.500/- for availing the shifting services to zaltehs.in and shifting service charges to the Tempo / Service Provider directly. (In such case, only shifting service charges can be made online/cash or in any other mode as decided between Tempo / Service Provider and tenant. But Rs.500/- must be paid to zaltehs.in only through its official website i.e. zaltehs.in.)
  15. No Cost EMI facility or loan without interest for shifting charges are not available to tenant mentioned under condition no.12.
  16. zaltehs.in will not take any responsibility of any damages or losses happen due to shifting service by any party or service provided/tempo service provider etc. to tenant and/or owner and/or service provider (vehicle person and/or labors) and/or any other person.
  17. Service is not available if owner is dealing through agent and/or not became a member of the zaltehs.in and/or not keep fixed deposit with zaltehs.in with compliance of terms and conditions of zaltehs.in and/or not complied with the above conditions, is not eligible for this offer.


Free online Rent agreement Registration and Tenant Police Verification

  1. User must purchase a Platinum Package / Membership.
  2. If either user i.e. owner or tenant is not a Platinum Member/Package subscriber or is an agent, need to pay 50% amount of cost of registration of Rent Agreement and online police verification process.
  3. zaltehs.in will pays registration charges and stamp duty charges along with taxes (if any) (maximum up to ₹.1500/- on behalf of each eligible side i.e. owner or tenant or both (applicable)), levied by State or Central Governments in India (as applicable) only; amount exceeding said amount i.e. ₹.1500/- (on behalf of each eligible side i.e. owner or tenant or both (as applicable)) (if any) and any other charge and taxes and expenses need to be paid by concern parties.
  4. Written consent of the owner and tenant for keeping fixed deposit with us is required.
  5. User i.e. owner/tenant, who have not given consent for keeping fixed deposit with us, will not get benefit of this offer, even though he is member of appropriate package.
  6. Owner must keep fixed deposit with us from begging of the rent agreement.
  7. In case both or either party(ies) is/are dealing through agent and wants to avail the offer, then concern original party(ies) must purchase our Platinum package/membership and complete the other conditions.
  8. Party(ies) dealing through agent and who has not became member or purchased appropriate package/membership of zaltehs.in and/or not complied with the above conditions, is/are not eligible for this offer.

MHI Scheme

  1. User must purchase a platinum package/membership
  2. We also offer free physical verification of owner’s rented property on every month and submit photographs and videos along with inspection report to the owner as well as Tenant through their registered email ids for their kind perusal and for further action, if any.
  3. Above both offers are only valid during the period of Membership/package of both parties (specially owner) concurrently and/or during the period of Rent agreement, which ever is concluding earlier.
  4. Owner must keep fixed deposit with us from begging of the rent agreement along with his written consent.
  5. In case owner is/are dealing through agent and wants to avail the offer, then owner must purchase our Platinum package/membership and complete the other conditions.
  6. Owner dealing through agent and who has not became member or purchased appropriate package/membership of zaltehs.in and/or not complied with the above conditions, is not eligible for this offer.

Legal Obligations

  1. zaltehs.in is only liable to legal obligations and can became a party under petition/case whether it is judicial or non-judicial, when the disputes are between zaltehs.in and other party(ies).
  2. zaltehs.in is not responsible for disputes between its members and/or any other persons due to any reasons.
  3. Any kind of dispute arise between zaltehs.in and/or both and/or either party, firstly, we must try to resolve it amicably by we concern parties (outside the Court).
  4. zaltehs.in is not responsible to resolve or to take part in any dispute arise between any parties other than zaltehs.in
  5. No party/member or any person/organization etc. can make party to zaltehs.in under any petition or case whether it is judicial or non-judicial, for any reason and disputes between any parties other than zaltehs.in.
  6. All kind of disputes between zaltehs.in and other party(ies), are strictly subject to resolve under the jurisdiction of Thane District Court.
  7. In case of outside the Court settlements, final decision of zaltehs.in are binding upon all the parties and members.
  8. No party/member/person can make zaltehs.in as a party of any side under the petition/case whether it is judicial or non-judicial or of any other type.
  9. zaltehs.in is only responsible to provide reports of inspection of properties (if applicable) and report of tenant/owner, as the case may be (if applicable) and not responsible to recover any kind of loss on behalf of any party or containing false information of party or their property, in concern report, as said information is gathered by zaltehs.in from physical inquiry with concerned party and documents provided by concern party only and not checked from any legal and/or government authority.
  10. zaltehs.in is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
  11. zaltehs.in is not liable to pay to any party or person, damages or losses or expenses to property or belongings caused while availing our services and website.
  12. zaltehs.in is not liable to any party and/or any person and/or organization and/or for any injuries, harms and/or loss of life, money, property and/or other kind of negative means

In case of Financial Loss/Cyber Fraud/Payment issues

  1. zaltehs.in is not responsible for any kind of financial loss/cyber fraud occur at any stage and time with any person, party and/or member of zaltehs.in.
  2. In case, an amount debited from your account but purchase of membership/package not updated, please send transaction details to us on contact@zaltehs.in or contact us on +91 9967622779 / 996762273.
  3. Prior to contact us, you must contact your bank for getting transaction status and/or for resolving any payment issue.
  4. Under such case, if payment received by us, then your purchase status update will done within 24 hours, thereafter.
  5. If payment not received by us, same will be inform to you by us through your registered email id.
  6. Amount of membership/package purchase and/or availing any other services and/or offers and/or discounts, you/member needs to pay to zaltehs.in directly and not to concern service provider like Tempo Service Provider.
  7. We are not appointed any agents or any other person for collecting payment for zaltehs.in, hence beware of frauds and do not pay any amount in any manner for any concern to any person.
  8. All kinds of payments are only acceptable through official website i.e. zaltehs.in or through online in the account of company only and not any person’s personal account.
  9. Cash Payment strictly not allowed.

Continuation of Package/Membership/Rent Agreement in case of death of either party of said agreement

  1. Legal heirs are required to update the death of member immediately by sending mail to zaltehs.in on contact@zaltehs.in by attaching death certificate or any other legal documents in that regard.
  2. Rent agreement/package/membership will be continued in the name of nominee which was assigned by concern party by providing his/her details in about me section of my profile tab.
  3. Parties can change their nominee at any time but last nominee details mentioned under about me section of my profile tab (at the time of death of said party) is considered as his assigned nominee in aforesaid case.
  4. In case no nominee details found in about me section of my profile tab of concern party, the membership/package and agreement may be discontinued, if no legal heir come forward and requested in written format to continue the rent agreement/membership/package with owner/tenant.
  5. In such a case, any legal heir requested in written format to continue the membership/package and rent agreement with owner/tenant. Owner/Tenant must gave consent to the same in written format. And both parties required to inform the same to zaltehs.in by sending mail on contact@zaltehs.in.
  6. For continuation of agreement in the name of one or more legal heirs of death person/member, NOC of remaining legal heirs are required and same be provided to zaltehs.in on contact@zaltehs.in on immediate basis.
  7. In compliance of above conditions, legal heir, in whose name said membership/agreement is continued is responsible to pay all dues, if any, to owner/tenant and zaltehs.in.
  8. In compliance of above conditions, refund of deposit lying with the zaltehs.in, if any, will be given to the legal heir of owner, in whose name said membership/agreement is continued, after deduction of dues of tenant, owner and/or their legal heirs, towards zaltehs.in, if any.
  9. In case, multiple legal heir became a member or party of the continued agreement, same be deposited in the account of first legal heir appearing in such agreement as per the terms and conditions.
  10. Fail to compliance of above conditions within 1 month from the death of the concern member, any amount lying with the zaltehs.in be forfeited/confiscated to zaltehs.in and never be refunded to any party and legal heirs as the case may be under any condition/circumstances and at any time.
  11. In case of any dispute arise regarding declaration of nominee, same be intimate by concern legal heirs to the zaltehs.in on contact@zaltehs.in immediately with undertaking that they will provide order/degree of appropriate Court of Law in that regard, within 1 month from the date of said order/degree of concern Court of Law. Further steps regarding amount lying with the zaltehs.in be treated as per the Court of Law order.
  12. Fail to compliance above condition, any amount lying with the zaltehs.in be forfeited/confiscated to zaltehs.in and never be refunded to any party and legal heirs as the case may be under any condition/circumstances and at any time.
  13. zaltehs.in is only responsible to submit details having with it, of concern party/member and their properties, to the Court of law, only if demanded by Court of law in writing and zaltehs.in cannot be a party and will not act as a evidence deponent, in such cases/petitions.
  14. Prior to getting degree and/or order from concern Court of law, parties are requested to go through all the terms and conditions and policies with offer and package/membership details etc. and its prepare photocopies certified by zaltehs.in (Charges apply. Please contact for the same to zaltehs.in) and provided it to Court of Law for reference and pronouncing fair order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Law in Thane Districts.

Changes to Terms and Policies

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions and Policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
