- Any eligible refund (if any), will be made directly to the account details provided by concern party at the time of registration/purchasing package/membership through mail with details of payment done to us on contact@zaltehs.in
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
- In case of death of concern party, eligible refund, if any will be made directly to the account details provided by legal heir (any one legal heir only, whose name appears at the top of the legal heirs list) at the time of his/her assignment/claim for the same as nominee through mail with account details and necessary consents and documents in that regard and after his/her successful verification as genuine legal heir of concern deceased.
- For Terms and Conditions regarding refund of fixed deposit amount lying with zaltehs.in or any other eligible refund due from zaltehs.in to the eligible person, please carefully read the Terms and Conditions
- In case of discontinuation of agreement/package/membership, eligible refund (if any) to eligible party/member be refunded within 45 working days from the date of intimation of discontinuation of agreement/package/membership given by the both parties to zaltehs.in on contact@zaltehs.in
- In normal condition and/or successful completion of agreement/package/membership, eligible refund (if any) to eligible party/member be refunded within 7 working days from the date of successful completion of agreement/package/membership (which ever is later) or as per terms and conditions of refund in case of refund of fixed deposit amount lying with the zaltehs.in
- No offer, discount or refund (if any) is can be demand by eligible party/member prior to due date and/or fulfilment of required conditions
- Eligible Refund to eligible party/member will be made as per above conditions after deduction of offer, discount etc. availed by any party(ies) or dues, expenses and losses to the zaltehs.in of/by any party(ies)
- Any refund or dues are liable from the zaltehs.in to any party i.e. owner, tenant, buyer, seller, agents, any other person (if any) and/or their legal heirs (if any) etc. will be refunded or paid to them without interest or any extra earnings, bonus, benefits etc. i.e. principal amount (without interest) only to the concern person and only after deducting any dues, expenses and/or losses liable to recover from owner, tenant, buyer, seller, agents, any other person (if any) and/or legal heirs (if any) by the zaltehs.in
