Steps to post properties on zaltehs.in as a real estate agent
- Prior to use our site and its services, offers, discounts etc. please read our terms and conditions and polices carefully.
- Register/Login in zaltehs.in
- Provide your government registration number and/or license number as a real estate agent (if any) in your profile’s about section. (optional)
- You can post your properties free for life time.
- Buy at least minimum membership plan of Rs.299/- only and became a member of zaltehs.in for 3 months.
- You can book or inquire and/or get bookings and inquiries about properties only after purchasing our one of the package/membership.
- You can buy higher membership plan for more membership period and to avail more existing and upcoming offers of zaltehs.in
- Fill up your profile and mentioned as ‘I am an agent’ in about section to earn extra income as agent.
- Send your name along with user name and payment confirmation to us through contact@zaltehs.in or through Whats App (number mentioned at the end of the website) and don’t forgot to mention in that ‘I am an agent’.
- After successful verification of your identity and payment, we will provide you a unique agent code (UAC).
- Congratulations now, you are a real estate agent (only for zaltehs.in).
How you earn :
- First became a real estate agent by following above steps.
- After becoming a real estate agent, you can post unlimited properties on zaltehs.in.
- Please provide your unique agent code (UAC) with property code/ID after uploading it on our website to us through our official email id or whatsapp number for earning extra income as the agent which you get only after the successful completion of deal of said property (as applicable) and zaltehs.in received a commission from its client.
- Please mentioned at first line in property description section that ‘This property is posted by agent’
- After execution of buying and selling deal, confirmation made by both the parties to zaltehs.in and same be verified by the zaltehs.in, after receipt of commission from party(ies) (both or either party as applicable), you will earn commission up to 0.1% (maximum up to ₹.50,000/-) on market value of the property or agreement value (which ever is lesser) from the zaltehs.in, other than you received from the party for whom, you are working.
- After execution of rent agreement, confirmation made by both the parties to zaltehs.in and same be verified by the zaltehs.in, after receipt of commission from party(ies) (both or either party as applicable), you will earn extra commission up to 0.1% (maximum up to ₹.2,000/- on the first month’s rent amount other than you received from the party for whom, you are working.
Terms and Conditions :
- You can only charge commission/service charges etc. from the party, who’s property posted by you on the zaltehs.in and/or for whom, you are dealing for; and not from other/opposite party as well as from zaltehs.in.
- You can not ask any extra charges/commission etc. from any party in the name of zaltehs.in
- Some of the offers are not applicable, where both the parties and/or all parties and/or more than one parties of concern deal are agent and/or through agent. (For more details please contact us through the contact details mentioned on our official website i.e. zaltehs.in)
- All other terms and conditions and policies of zaltehs.in are applicable to all agents.
